Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Custom or pre-order items may take longer; you'll be notified at checkout if that's the case for any item in your cart.

• Standard (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $75, $7.95 otherwise.
• Expedited (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Overnight: Available on most items, calculated at checkout.

Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may have additional transit time and cost.

We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe and Oceania. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit time varies by destination and is calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking from your profile under Orders.

If your package shows delivered but you can't locate it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't find it, or if your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
