To return an item, please contact our customer service team at ambassador@boaterslife.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate an exchange.

For returns due to defects or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear on your statement.
