At Boater’s Life, we’re dedicated to getting you on the water (or at least looking ready for it) as quickly as possible!

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (check our current promotions for details).

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery times and fees vary depending on destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Boater’s Life gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [boaterslifellc@gmail.com] with your order number and details.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to availability; if the requested replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
