This isn’t just another affiliate gig, it’s your all-access pass to living and sharing the lifestyle you already love. As a Boater’s Life Ambassador, you’ll earn competitive commissions, enjoy exclusive perks, and represent a brand built by boaters, for boaters.

But here’s the truth:  it’s not just for boaters. Our SPF 50+ performance apparel is made for anyone who braves the sun: workout warriors, runners, anglers, beach-goers, or anyone chasing sandbar sunsets. If you live under the sun, this gear was made for you.

From sunrise casts to late-day runs, from fishing trips to beach days, you’ll inspire others to join the movement while getting rewarded for doing what you do best, living the Boater’s Life.

By participating, the Ambassador agrees to the following terms:

1. Role & Responsibilities

As an official Boater’s Life Ambassador, you agree to:
- Promote Boater’s Life products and lifestyle in a positive and respectful manner
- Share authentic content on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, both online and in person
- Post a minimum of 2x per month, tagging @boaterslife and using approved hashtags
- Comply with all FTC guidelines on sponsorship disclosures (e.g., #BoatersLifeAmbassador)

2. Commission & Profit Splits

You will earn commission for qualifying sales made through your unique referral link and/or personalized discount code:

- Commissions are paid biweekly via PayPal, VENMO, or ZELLE (U.S. residents only)
- Ambassadors may opt-in for weekly payouts once lifetime earnings exceed $1500
- Sales are tracked via your referral link and ambassador dashboard
- Payouts are processed every other Friday

3. Payment & Tax Responsibility

- The Ambassador is responsible for providing accurate payment details
- U.S.-based ambassadors must submit a completed W-9 once they reach $600 in earnings
- Boater’s Life will issue Form 1099-NEC for tax purposes if the threshold is met
- International ambassadors are responsible for local tax obligations

4. Rules of the Road

Ambassadors agree to:
- Follow all applicable state, local, and federal laws
- Refrain from hate speech, bullying, or sharing content that contradicts Boater’s Life values
- Keep promo codes and referral links private and brand-safe
- Maintain active engagement (minimum 1 post per 30 days to remain in good standing)

Boater’s Life reserves the right to revoke Ambassador status for violations, inactivity, or misrepresentation.

5. Brand Assets & Content Use

- You grant Boater’s Life a non-exclusive license to repost and use your submitted or tagged content across our digital channels and marketing campaigns
- You may not alter or reproduce Boater’s Life branding, logos, or intellectual property without prior written consent

6. Termination

- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice
- Upon termination, all discount codes, referral links, and access to Ambassador materials will be deactivated
- Any unpaid commissions earned before termination will be honored if not in violation of terms
